Our unique value proposition is to prepare portfolio companies to conquer new markets.

Sectors

Our seasoned managing partners target investments where they can leverage their decades of industry and operational experience. Focus is on the pharma-/biotech, healthtech, greentech sectors and circular economy solutions.

Geography

We target investments in Europe with a special focus on the high-growth markets of the Central and Eastern European region.

Stage

We specialize in seed, growth-stage companies and corporate/academic spin-offs, as well as transactions including private companies and portfolio acquisitions.

Target Companies

We are looking for high-quality products or services with strong technical USP, as well as strong organic and/or acquisitive growth potential
Our portfolio companies must be scalable and saleable
We target companies in the pharmaceuticals, healthtech, biotechnology, and greentech sectors, as well as circular economy solutions
We insist on solid ESG credentials (Environmental, Social, and Governance) investment criteria, ideally a positive environmental impact
Companies in growth-stage are preferred, nevertheless we have proven track record in seed stage companies as well
We exclude investments in any and all controversial sectors (e.g., conflict minerals, nuclear weapons, cluster bombs) or companies embroiled in human rights violations
Companies based in Europe, with a special focus on the Central and Eastern European region

Our Investors

The Limited Partners of our funds include some of the most recognized investors in the PE/VC asset class
The vast majority are institutional investors, e.g. investment banks, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, etc.
We also pride ourselves on partnering with selected family offices/HNWIs. The LP check size typically varies between EUR 1-12m

Mission

Our new venture capital fund aims to address pressing global challenges humanity is facing today. By accelerating the transformation of science and technology into industrial success, we aspire to make significant positive environmental impact.

Investments

The Fund will promote sustainable developments while also delivering market-rate financial returns. The beneficial non-financial impacts of the investments are quanitifed with clearly defined environmental, societal, and governance (ESG) benchmark criteria.
