DBH Group at May 10, 2016

DBH Group has acquired the fiduciary and professional services company Baat Trust Services (BTS) in the Netherlands. BTS provides a firm base for international expansion and exposure, access to finance and new markets, both for companies and private individuals as well.

BTS was part of the accounting firm BAAT Accountants, which has several offices in The Netherlands and Belgium. After the acquisition of Baat Trust Services – fully licensed by the Dutch Central Bank – DBH Group will broaden its business services portfolio under the name of DBH Trust Services to its customers in the CEE region and beyond.

The acquisition of BTS fits within the strategic alliance between DBH Group and BAAT Accountants, based upon which both groups join their expertise in rendering a broad range of financial services to companies and private individuals in order to set up their business in the Netherlands and the CEE region.

DBH Trust Services offers domiciliation services for companies on a temporary or permanent basis, depending on the nature of business of the client. Even the provision of a director is possible, in order to guarantee the required fiscal substance. Clients of DBH Trust Services may count on the expertise of BAAT Accountants for setting up their tax structure, application for tax rulings and accounting services. DBH Trust Services employees can address their clients in English, French or German.

The Dutch managing director Marcel Bollen and Account Managers remain in position and together with the team of DBH Group will expand the portfolio of clients.
