Norma Instruments Receives Millennium Innovation Prize

The prestigious prize recognizes the innovation capabilities of Norma’s R&D team and the resulting revolutionary innovations that will benefit patients and laboratory diagnostics globally.

Norma Instruments, capital investment of DBH Group is an innovative technology company developing novel proprietary trend setting products in the field of hematology. The prestigious Millennium Innovation Prize was established by the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office (HIPO) and is awarded annually to companies who are considered technology leaders and developing innovations of significant societal impact.

The Millennium Innovation Prize is dedicated each year to the protection of the activities and the achievements by technical creators who excel in contributing to social development and progress at a worldwide scale.

Since its establishment, Norma has been focusing its research and development on creating economical, clean, environment-conscious solutions in the area of in-vitro diagnostics, especially hematology, to the benefit of the overall healthcare system.

Dr. László Ürge, Board member at Norma Instruments and at DBH Investment said: “As a result of its focused R&D Norma has introduced new techniques and filed several patents around its technological advances.
