The three floors of office space, in a central location, with easy access, within a Class A office building, that contains an underground garage and the team of DBH Serviced Office are now awaiting for its new clients in a modern, renewed environment.
We asked Robert Zwölfer sales manager of DBH Serviced Office about the new design and the available services.
What was the concept when designing the new offices?
We dreamed of a professional, modern and friendly environment. Probably most people know and have experienced that work environments can strongly affect our motivation and daily lives. Colors can affect people’s moods and have different meanings so we tried to use diversified – both vivid and soft – colors in certain areas. We aim to provide a joyful environment and create the basics necessary for the effective business of our clients.
For what kind of companies are the offices of DBH Serviced Office Bucharest the most ideal solution?
Most of our clients are currently startup and SME’s, but larger companies also use our services as stand-by offices. Foreign clients from our other business units also book office space, as DBH Group takes care of their foreign market entry, along with our project management and financial services.
What services can the tenants enjoy?
In addition to our fully furnished offices we provide meeting rooms with the most modern technical equipment for both our clients and external customers, but we also offer conference and event organizing, for trainings, seminars or client parties. Besides the reception and 24-hour security service in the A Class office building, we provide additional reception services, like call answering, as well as courier and mailbox services. With our fully equipped kitchens and social areas we present the opportunity for our clients to eat their lunch in a friendly environment and have enjoy breaks during workhours.
