RF Anatomy and Practify are going to represent Hungary at one of the biggest startup competitions worldwide in the final of Get in the Ring Regional Final in Sofia.
The national final of the Get in the ring! international startup competition took place at Corvinus University, Budapest, on November 25th in the atmosphere of a real boxing match. Among the most promising startups and innovative ideas the prize was awarded to the teams of RF Anatomy and Practify.
Practify is a methodology and a gamified blended learning tool supported by an online platform, which turns trainings into efficient learning processes. With Practify the development of individuals and their support by the trainer does not stop at the end of the training, because experience-based learning has only started. They overcame startups such as Xeropan with its first social language learning app with lessons inspired by the learner. They develop language learning through exciting videos, audio, grammar explanations and tests. Practify also beated BeeRides and its airport car sharing service.
RF Anatomy defeated 7 ideas with its online anatomy atlas, which aims to introduce the human body as detailed as possible made with the most advanced technology that combines several features that makes it an ideal choice for medical students and for those who have an interest in anatomy. The team preceded Easebike and its two-wheeled electric vehicle and Prelife’s diagnostic tool for assisting fertility, among other innovative ideas.
Sándor Varga-Tarr, Business Unit Director of DBH SeedStar also got in the ring and moderated the middleweight battles.
Prior to the final in Budapest, 2 featherweight and 1 middleweight competitors (Prelife, RF Anatomy and PlanMaster3D) won the round in Debrecen and got the chance to take part in the national final. The event in Debrecen was the closing ceremony of the Startup Week Debrecen which was organized for the first time.
Practify will participate and pitch during the Regional Final in Sofia where the jury will selcet the best startup from Eastern Europe that will be invited to pitch during the International Final of the 2015/2016 edition of Get in the Ring which will be held in Medellin, Colombia!
