The Seed Star Battle startup competition has begun

DBH SeedStar and Lewis PR has started their startup competition in Hungary, 25. February 2015. The purpose of Seed Star Battle is to guide entrepreneurs through the process of getting their thoughts about their startup business out of their heads, on to paper, and into an actionable business plan.

The first prize includes 1 million HUF mentoring package from DBH SeedStar, PR support for 6 months from Lewis PR and participation on the Houston we’ve got a startup workshop in Prague where they will be introduced to mentors and business angels providing further business opportunities.
We aim to help the most promising and interesting startups from Hungary with the competition targeted at the youngest (no older then 2 years) and most innovative companies in the market, focusing on technology and social innovation.

Criteria:

• no older then 2 years
• 51% Hungarian ownership
• from Idea Phase through Business Angel phase to Series A investment phase
• focusing on technology and / or social innovation
