Sustainable mobility analyst

  • MSc. degree or MSc. graduated student
  • preferred qualifications and studies: economics, business, and management studies such as: management and administration, international management, commercial economics, logistics and transport organization, regional and environmental economics supply chain management, public administration, communication, and information sciences; environmental engineer, transportation engineer, urbanistics, settlement development
  • the following work experience or researching experience (thesis, TDK (= Scientific Students’ Associations)) can be advantages: automotive industry; sustainable mobility, electromobility; alternative fuel
Required experience and skills
  • proactive conscientious attitude, creative thinking, open to learn new experiences and experiential learning, good communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, customer-centric approach
  • affinity for sustainable modes of transport and automotive innovation. Motivated for exploitation of new market opportunities
  • ability for taking part in international projects both in terms of content (expert role) and coordination (experience in project management and business development can be advantage)
  • ability to work independently and in team as well
  • ability to work in international projects running in parallel
  • open for hybrid way of working – remote work with the Dutch partner and working on-site in our office in Budapest
  • good analytical skills to work with data
  • fluent English knowledge (C2 in oral and in written)
  • expert in PowerPoint and Excel
  • experience in database is advantage

Front Desk Receptionist in Bucharest

Working under the supervision of the Country Manager, the Front Desk Receptionist will perform a variety of general administrative and clerical services. The incumbent will be required to both take direction and work intuitively to support the completion of the company’s goals and objectives in a professionally and culturally appropriate manner.


Will be responsible for the company’s administrative activities in an effective, up to date, and accurate manner by

  • Works cooperatively with all team members to support the achievement of work plan activities designed to achieve identified goals and objectives
  • Organizes Country Manager meetings and conferences
  • Completes internal and external correspondence, legal documents, form letters and other documents, and distributes them as directed
  • Coordinates and completes suppliers orders
  • Completes confidential administrative services for the Country Manager
  • Produces and/or assists in the production of all required internal and external reports
  • Prepares financial, expenditures and payment authorization forms, administrative documents for authorization by the Country Manager, such as expense reimburse, purchase orders, etc.

Will serve as the HR department support

  • Check the validity of the documents
  • Ensures the archiving of documents by filling them according to company and legal procedures

Will ensure support and back-up for front desk receptionist

  • handling the service registration
