A hat\u00e1lyos jogszab\u00e1lyok alapj\u00e1n 2018.07.26-t\u00f3l v\u00e1ltoztak a nyugd\u00edjba vonul\u00e1s felt\u00e9telei.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Az egyik legl\u00e9nyegesebb v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1s, hogy nem kell megsz\u00fcntetni a munkaviszonyt ahhoz, hogy a legt\u00f6bb nyugd\u00edj (\u00f6regs\u00e9gi \u00e9s r\u00e9sznyugd\u00edj, valamint a n\u0151k 40 \u00e9v jogosults\u00e1gi id\u0151vel t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 kedvezm\u00e9nyes nyugell\u00e1t\u00e1sa, korhat\u00e1r el\u0151tti ell\u00e1t\u00e1s, t\u00e1ncm\u0171v\u00e9szeti \u00e9letj\u00e1rad\u00e9k, \u00e1tmeneti b\u00e1ny\u00e1szj\u00e1rad\u00e9k) \u00f6sszege meg\u00e1llap\u00edthat\u00f3 legyen. Ez legink\u00e1bb azok sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra relev\u00e1ns, akik szeretn\u00e9k keres\u0151tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00fcket nyugd\u00edjaz\u00e1suk ut\u00e1n is folytatni.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Fentiek a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 biztos\u00edt\u00e1si jogviszonyok eset\u00e9n \u00e9rv\u00e9nyesek:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>foglakoztat\u00e1si jelleg\u0171 jogviszony, vagy megb\u00edz\u00e1si viszony<\/li>\n<li>korhat\u00e1r el\u0151tti ell\u00e1t\u00e1s (t\u00e1ncm\u0171v\u00e9szeti \u00e9letj\u00e1rad\u00e9k, \u00e1tmeneti b\u00e1ny\u00e1szj\u00e1rad\u00e9k) ig\u00e9nyl\u00e9se eset\u00e9n<\/li>\n<li>egy\u00e9ni v\u00e1llalkoz\u00f3i jogviszony fenn\u00e1ll\u00e1sa vagy t\u00e1rsas v\u00e1llalkoz\u00f3i jogviszonyban, a t\u00e1rsas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1s tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00e9ben t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 szem\u00e9lyes k\u00f6zrem\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Abban az esetben, ha a nyugell\u00e1t\u00e1s meg\u00e1llap\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1nak kezd\u0151napja 07.26-a el\u0151tti, akkor a kor\u00e1bbi szab\u00e1lyok alkalmazand\u00f3ak, a biztos\u00edt\u00e1si jogosults\u00e1got meg kell sz\u00fcntetni, bele\u00e9rtve a k\u00fclf\u00f6ld\u00f6n fenn\u00e1ll\u00f3 biztos\u00edt\u00e1si jogviszonyt is.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ahogyan azt m\u00e1r egy kor\u00e1bbi posztunkban eml\u00edtett\u00fck, nem csak id\u00e9n \u00e9vk\u00f6zben, hanem 2019-t\u0151l is v\u00e1rhat\u00f3ak tov\u00e1bbi v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sok.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">J\u00f6v\u0151re a munkaviszonyban \u00e1ll\u00f3 nyugd\u00edjas munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3 mentes\u00fcl az egy\u00e9ni j\u00e1rul\u00e9kok megfizet\u00e9se al\u00f3l, ez azt jelenti, hogy nem kell fizetnie sem nyugd\u00edjj\u00e1rul\u00e9kot (10%), sem term\u00e9szetbeni eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gbiztos\u00edt\u00e1si j\u00e1rul\u00e9kot (4%). Ez\u00e1ltal semmilyen TB ell\u00e1t\u00e1s nem illeti meg, valamint nyugd\u00edj melletti munkav\u00e9gz\u00e9s eset\u00e9n j\u00e1r\u00f3 0,5 %-os nyugd\u00edjemel\u00e9s sem. A munkaviszonyban dolgoz\u00f3 nyugd\u00edjasnak csak a 15 % szem\u00e9lyi j\u00f6vedelemad\u00f3t kell fizetnie (ugyan\u00fagy, mintha k\u00f6z\u00e9rdek\u0171 nyugd\u00edjas sz\u00f6vetkezet szem\u00e9lyes k\u00f6zrem\u0171k\u00f6d\u0151 tagjak\u00e9nt kapn\u00e1 a d\u00edjaz\u00e1st).
