DBH Serviced Office is looking for the answer in the SCALE project.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

DBH Group\u2019s real estate branch, Serviced Office was selected to be among the pioneer organisations to shape the future of recharging infrastructure in the European Union. We are proud to be a member of a partnership, selected for funding by the European Union\u2019s largest Research & Development Programme, Horizon Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The SCALE project will enable and facilitate the mass deployment of battery electric vehicles (BEVs) and the accompanying smart recharging infrastructure. To do so, SCALE will systematically assess customer expectations, and identify EV-users\u2019 preferences, existing obstacles, and potential incentives to promote smart recharging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This way, SCALE ensures co-creation and -optimization, preparing for an open smart charging & V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything) ecosystem equally benefitting users, cities & regions, businesses, and society at large.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SCALE brings together leading research & innovation initiatives and smart charging demonstration testbeds from across Europe (Utrecht, Munich, Toulouse, Gothenburg, Oslo, Eindhoven, Rotterdam), forming a unique knowledge & collaboration platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The partnership is led by ElaadNL, innovation centre for smart recharging in the Netherlands, with members such as Renault, ABB, Polestar and ENEDIS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DBH will be responsible for the introduction of a new electric car sharing service, targeted at office building tenants and operators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a pilot project, we will implement a B2B e-car sharing model in one of our serviced office locations thus adding a unique service for our clients. As a result of this experiment, we foresee is to implement this new business in all our serviced offices, and engaging new partners interested in scale-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DBH\u2019s InnoHub branch coordinates the implementation of the project. Together with FIER Automotive and Mobility, DBH supports the uptake of zero-emission mobility, with research and business development in Hungary and the CEE region since 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
