New expert has joined DBH Group. Tam\u00e1s Sellyey, MRICS, fills the Managing Director position of the entire real estate portfolio from early January. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Tamas Sellyey<\/p><\/div>\n

Tam\u00e1s Sellyey, MRICS,<\/strong>\u00a0spent 13 years in the real estate sector in different fields, such as consultancy, investment and development of the property business. During this time he worked for Gordon & Webster as a Deputy CEO, DTZ Hungary as a Head of Investment and Indotek Group as a Sales and Marketing Director.<\/p>\n

After he temporarily left the real estate sector, he became the Country Representative of Philips Hungary and the General Manager\u00a0of Philips Lighting. Then he accepted a new challenge: he took part in the restructuring of the Work Force HR consulting company, as a Managing Director.<\/p>\n

After that he received a request from DBH Group for the management of the entire real estate portfolio, and development of the real estate business unit. He gladly accepted the opportunity since he spent the most significant part of his career in this sector, where he can exploit his experiences and business relationships. In addition to the real estate portfolio management, he is also responsible for the direction of DBH Serviced Office<\/a> division, which aim is to offer serviced<\/a>, virtual<\/a> and stand-by office<\/a> as well as different business services for the clients. DBH Group places great emphasis on the development of the real estate division in the future as well.<\/p>\n
