The time of application for joint initiative of DBH Seed Star and LEWIS PR has been closed and the finalists of Seed Star Battle was chosen. Seed Battle Star competition received more than 30 applicatons. There is a wide range of startups from route planner for wheelchair-bound people through online platform for lawyers and their clients to agricultural cloud-based technology. The 10 finalists will present their ideas in front of the jury on 30April, at the headquarters of Prezi.<\/strong><\/p>\n

There will be workshop for the top10 startup teams between 24-26. April. They will take part in mentorship from accomplished entrepreneurs and consultants and will learn informations on how to talk to investors, business and customer development, marketing, legal and financial solutions. Startups can also profit from business services available in DBH Group\u2019s portfolio and have a mentoring opportunity provided by the experts of the company for further professional development. DBH provide for startups guidance from the inception of the idea to the point where they are ready to pitch to investors.<\/p>\n

The jury were looking for start-ups with the best business potential, so the idea and presentation is very important but the organizers would like to see entrepreneurs with a sense of rational monetary policy.<\/p>\n

The Seed Star Battle pre-judging were completed on 20 April that resulted a shortlist of 10 finalists. The final judging will take place on the Demo Day 30 April at Prezi HQ Budapest. Judging will be based on many factors such as the quality of the business plan\u2019s product\/service, market, strategy, understanding the market, growth and sustainability planning, the development of competitive advantage, the availability of management and skill sets, the strength of vision, and well-defined goals, the presentation, along with overall viability.<\/p>\n
