DBH Group takes over Exact’s business activities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia

The Dutch-Hungarian DBH Group’s goal is to become one of the most significant business providers of small and medium enterprises in the Central Eastern European region. In order to strengthen its international presence, DBH Group has taken over Exact’s activities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia from 1st of April, and now it is the exclusive partner of the software company in five countries.

The Dutch-Hungarian investment and business services provider DBH Group has been a partner of Dutch business software company Exact for five years: the group’s DBH IT Services division was established in 2010, and has extensive knowledge and experience with the full suite of products of Exact Business Solutions, including Exact Globe Next ERP software and Exact Synergy CRM, HRM and finance solutions.

DBH Group took over Exact’s business activities in Hungary and Croatia in December 2013 and in Romania as of first quarter of 2014. The collaboration exceeded expectations which has supported the decision to also hand over Exact’s activities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia as well, including software distribution, consultancy and first-line support.

Integrated consultancy and customer support

With the integration of the Prague office of Exact, the operation of DBH IT Services business unit will transform. From 1st of April the director of the DBH IT Services is Dita Emingerová, who was working for Exact for almost 18 years and lately she was the head of Exact’s office in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

DBH IT Services will integrate consultancy and first line support to customers in all five countries in order to provide constant high-level service for the existing and new customers. This will enable further localization as DBH Group brings insight and expertise when it comes to local and legal requirements in the countries. Second line support is managed by Exact Business Solutions support department in the Netherlands. Sales will be provided continuously by local sales representatives.

The agreement is effective as of April 1, 2015 and the entire handover process is planned to be finished within the next months.
